About Us

Founded in 2017

by CEO Alessandro Rostirolla - an experienced pilot and engineer with over 20 years in private aviation - Helicopter Services Group was created to redefine helicopter ownership and operations in the superyacht sector. What began in Malta as a focused, boutique service quickly grew into a global operation with offices in Italy, Switzerland, and San Marino.

Today, our team of 30 manages a fleet of 15 helicopters, offering tailored, end-to-end management solutions that combine technical excellence, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the luxury yachting lifestyle. From daily operations to complex yacht landings, we simplify every aspect of helicopter management—delivering precision, safety, and service without compromise.
